There is no phone number to call, no mailing address to write to, and no ticket system to file through — a single inbox keeps every conversation in one place and keeps the site free of the overhead that comes with the rest.
What to expect
We usually reply within 3 business days, so a message sent late in the week may be answered early the next one. Bug reports, corrections and feature suggestions are all welcome: for a bug, include the page you were on, the values you entered and what you saw instead; for a correction, tell us the value and the page; for a suggestion, describe the task you are trying to get done and we will figure out the tool.
